The Bad Neighbor Doctrine

Creates a pathway for local communities to petition for a company, its CEO, or other specified members of the company’s leadership to be added to the list below if that company has established a presence in their community and exhibited behaviors unbecoming of a good neighbor. People outside of the local community may also sign the petition if they are able to show that they have suffered or will suffer undue hardships as a result of the company’s presence in the community. In doing so, the company, CEO, or specified company leadership would be banned from receiving any future funding from the State of Indiana.

EXAMPLE: Dolphin Solar (ENGIE North America + Geenex)
-Emily Williams (CEO, Geenex)
