An Extension of Executive Veto Powers Across the State (to be introduced as a Constitutional Amendment)
- If at any time, 10% of the registered voters of any district may petition for a veto of any action by the elected official of their district.
- Upon verification of the required number of signatures, the action must be stayed until it can be voted on as a ballot measure in the district’s next election.
