Joshua Brant, Independent candidate for Indiana State Senate District 23, is launching his campaign to bring much needed transparency and accountability to the state’s government. With a background as a Marine Corps veteran and 20 years of combined leadership experience and education, Joshua is dedicated to promoting the values of Honor, Courage, & Commitment in public service.
As a lifelong Hoosier, Joshua has a deep understanding of the challenges faced by Indiana families. His personal experiences have shaped his commitment to improving healthcare accessibility and affordability, as well as addressing the rising cost of living.

Joshua’s unique blend of military service, business acumen, and personal experience has equipped him to tackle the complex issues facing Indiana. As he notes, “My childhood was chaotic, but it taught me to analyze problems and find solutions. My time in the Marine Corps instilled in me the core values of Honor, Courage, & Commitment, which I believe are essential for effective leadership.”
Joshua is committed to fighting corruption and promoting transparency in government. He believes that “We need comprehensive anti-corruption legislation at both the state and federal level to restore trust in our institutions. It’s time for a new kind of leader who will put the people first.”
